Now for the jewel in the crown for those who really want to be left on their
own. We called this on THE BOLT HOLE .It nestles alongside the River Alne
and was once upon a time refuge for all kinds of animals in the winter
months. All the views from the inside are of the river winding its way
through the meadows.
Once inside you are faced with one large room giving you the feeling of
space. You have your kitchen in there with a breakfast bar area and a dining
table and chairs and still plenty of room for a three piece suite to relax
in. If that wasn't enough there is a minstral style gallery with spiral
staircase to take you up into the cubby hole room which can be used for
watching the multitude of wild life or at night to see the stars or if
needed as a spare bedroom. Back down in the main room we have a door at each
end leading into a bedroom both have en-suite facilities. This really is
total solitude........... |
